Christmas 2011

Broocks and I were able to spend an entire week in Pennsylvania with family and friends. It flew right by with all of the activities we had planned. The annual Pfendler Dirty Santa party, Steelers game, Skyping with the Phlegers, The Lewis' Christmas Day gathering, and visiting with the Griebels and their week old son, Trenton. We had a great time and feel so blessed to have such wonderful family and friend.

 

Alabama Shakes

I was the house photographer for the FREE Alabama Shakes show at the Jefferson Theater on 12/6/11. They were named 2011 New Band of the Year by Paste Magazine.  Charlottesville's own Red Rattles opened the evening, followed by Richmond based Black Girls.

Peaceful Vallley

We spent Thanksgiving in the mountains of North Carolina at my step-sister inlaws. They live on a magical piece of land known as Peaceful Valley. It truly was a peaceful and relaxing break.
